We need 12 hours to 48 hours to process your order and then between 4 to 10 days in average to deliver it to you.

If you do not receive a tracking number, please ask us via email at info@messenger-bags.com

However, if your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change your order.

It may happen that an order is handled by several of our suppliers. Therefore, you will receive your order in several separate packages. Please be patient until you receive all your products.

Refund

You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your article to exercise your right of return, the costs of which are borne by the customer.

We invite you to contact us at info@messenger-bags.com explaining that you wish to return your order.
We will then provide you with the return address and when we receive your package, we will proceed with the full refund on the payment method you used.

Our team does its best to resolve any problems you may encounter. If you still want a refund, we will refund you immediately if the request was made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the package.
