We have a 30 day return policy.
This means that you can request a return within 30 days from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition as you received it,
- unused or unworn,
- with tags attached,
- and in its original packaging.

Merchandise returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defective, Wrong Item(s)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
The easiest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you've just received, wait the confirmation of the return, and purchase a new item separately.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
The "Lifetime Warranty" offered by the merchant at $30 is valid indefinitely on the least expensive model in the order for a one-time replacement.
Example: If your order includes 3 messenger bags (selling price: $30, $40 and $50), the lifetime warranty will apply to the least expensive of the three, i.e. the $30 model. If you wish to benefit from a lifetime warranty on each of the bags, please add the appropriate number of "lifetime warranty". In this example, you'd need to add 3 lifetime warranties.
